I arrived at the Golden View about a year after its birth and I am there to verify that every day, at the moment of opening, everything is in perfect order. Over time and commitment, my role has changed and expanded. I deal with managing the staff but above all I try to ensure that between the various sectors there is as much harmony as possible so that the work is productive.
